		<description>Hi Claude, Thanks for your comment. Of course I agree with you. I am still convinced that most businesses and services, regardless of their industry, have to embrace the Web to win. But perfectly leveraged technology without passion does not result in automatic success.

Just look at the new gold members´community by Hyatt. I doubt it is working well. Because there is nobody in charge. They simply want to provide technology and let concierges and customers produce valuable content. Good luck to them.</description>
