Thanks so much to everybody who has contacted me or commented about my call to come to the Web2Open/ Web 2.0 Expo in Berlin. No one seems to be able to make it. But, let’s copy the model of E-Canada instead.
I would like to include your specific view on travel 2.0 in your own
country (or country of residence) in a collaborative presentation. Your
focus could be
- as compared to other countries you know or
the specific problems travel 2.0 would face in your country because of which reasons or - why you think adoption is or is not going well
The length or input could be up to 3 slides. I prefer modern slides like Lawrence Lessig.
This is not always feasible, but please no death by Powerpoint (boring
bulleted lists, graphs, large tables, small point, and so on)
Since I have many Spanish fellows bloggers, how about focussing on
your regions or your particular area of interest. Example: Albert Barra
likes to write about hotels. Edu is more into social networks. And so
on.
I would try to put your national input into perspective with the American or Canadian best practices.
Who am I thinking of?
Vicky, Claude (France), Albert Barra, Hubert & Wolfgang, Edu, Juan, Nando, Jimmy, Juan, ADV (Italy), Ronald (Netherlands), Florian & Jens, Guillaume, Kevin, Simon
(Switzerland), Niko. Have I mentioned everybody? Please mail me, to
express your interest. I will follow up with those of you who want to
collaborate. Yes, your input will have to be in English. Or send one or
two brief statements, that I can easily translate.
